About
Meet the women holding this space.
Two practitioners who have walked their own thresholds — and who now hold quiet, skilled space for others.

Facilitator
Molly Nelson
Certified Integrative Health Practitioner · Retreat Facilitator · Ketamine Guide
Molly has spent over a decade helping people heal from the inside out. She is trained in gut health, hormone balance, detoxification, and nervous system support, and she blends functional medicine with trauma-informed care and emotional healing.
After her own journey with PCOS, pregnancy loss, and hormone imbalance, Molly became passionate about helping others reconnect to their bodies, break free from survival mode, and feel truly well again.
She creates safe, sacred spaces for deep healing using science-backed tools — including ketamine-assisted therapy — so women can return home to themselves with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
“You are not too much, and you're not behind. You were just carrying more than anyone should carry alone. This is where you get to set some of it down.”
Facilitator
Brooke Bishop
Yoga Instructor · Reiki Healer · Shamanic & Sound Practitioner · Breathwork Facilitator
Brooke guides women through seasons of transition by reconnecting body, identity, and home. Her own entrance into perimenopause cracked things open and led her to seek real support — not quick fixes, but ways to listen, regulate, and rebuild trust with her body and inner world.
She is the creator of two online collectives, the AMARA Map and the AMARA Portal, and offers one-on-one healing sessions weaving together multiple modalities based on what each woman's system needs.
“Healing isn't about pushing through. It's about finally feeling safe enough to stop pushing at all.”
