The Chrysalis Collective — The pause that changes everything.

A Rite of Passage

You Are Not Falling Apart. You Are in Metamorphosis.

The Chrysalis Collective is a 3-month guided transformation for women in midlife — navigating hormonal shifts, identity changes, caregiving, and the quiet inner knowing that life is asking for something new.

You are not falling apart. You are in a biologically and spiritually intelligent transformation. Your body knows what it's doing. You simply need the right container, language, and support.

Who This Is For

For the woman who senses something deeper is unfolding.

  • Life feels harder than it used to — your body, energy, identity, or relationships

  • Old strategies that used to work no longer do

  • You feel grief for who you were, and curiosity about who you're becoming

  • You're craving depth, safety, and truth — not optimization or hustle

  • You want real insight and soulful support, not one without the other

This is not a quick fix. This is a rite of passage.

The Caterpillar's Wisdom

Why Midlife Feels Like a Collapse.

In nature, transformation does not begin with force. It begins with a pause. The caterpillar stops eating, stops moving, and dissolves — quite literally — inside the chrysalis before anything new can form.

What feels like collapse is often the intelligent dismantling of old structures. The identities, roles, and strategies that carried you here are softening so something more honest can emerge.

This is not failure. It is the entrance to the chrysalis.

The Three Pillars

A three-part arc through the chrysalis.

Pillar I: Unbecoming — a caterpillar resting on a golden leaf, symbolizing the unraveling phase of transformation
Pillar I

Unbecoming

The Unraveling. The Release. The Truth.

Releasing old roles, identities, and coping patterns that no longer fit.

Pillar II: Coming Home to Yourself — a golden chrysalis hanging from a branch, symbolizing the inward return phase of transformation
Pillar II

Coming Home to Yourself

The Return. The Remembering. The Repair.

Rebuilding trust with your body, regulating your nervous system, reconnecting with inner wisdom.

Pillar III: Emergence — a warm terracotta and gold butterfly, symbolizing embodied becoming
Pillar III

Emergence

The Embodiment. The Expression. The Becoming Visible.

Living from your new sense of identity, energy, and boundaries.

A Note From Molly & Brooke

We didn't set out to build a program. We were living it.

Somewhere in the thick of perimenopause, we both stopped recognizing ourselves. Not just in the mirror, but in our bodies, our patience, our relationships, our sense of who we even were underneath all the roles we'd been playing. The people-pleasing that used to keep everything running smoothly simply stopped working. Our bodies said no more.

We had to learn how to hold real boundaries, and that meant relearning how to speak our truth, even when it felt hard and unfamiliar.

It turns out this is often the season old wounds ask to be felt and healed, right as the kids need less of you, your parents need more, and you're quietly wondering if you even like your husband anymore. Nobody prepared us for how disorienting that convergence would feel, or how alone we'd feel moving through it.

We wished we'd had real support for all of it, not just the hormones, but the identity underneath them. So we built it. This is that support, for you.
